What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 4pm and check-out is by 11am. Need a little longer? We’re happy to accommodate requests for early check-in and late check-out based on availability. Additional fees apply.
Does Smithe House offer contactless or self check-in?
Yes, Smithe House offers a fully contactless, digital check-in experience. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to complete a quick security check and access to your personal digital guest portal, which includes everything you need for your stay: details about your suite, curated neighborhood guides, and direct messaging with our host team.
Your digital key code becomes available 24 hours before check-in, allowing seamless access to your suite so you can come and go as you please – no physical key required! It’s all designed to make your stay seamless and hassle-free.
Is Smithe House pet-friendly?
Yes, Smithe House is a pet-friendly hotel. Pet-friendly stays can be added for $50 per night plus applicable taxes. This can be confirmed when making your reservation online or by contacting us HELLO@SMITHEHOUSE.COM in advance of your arrival.

Yes, secure onsite self-parking is available at Smithe House for $30 per night plus applicable taxes. Parking can be added during booking or arranged by contacting us in advance of your arrival.
Does Smithe House have a gym onsite?
Yes, Smithe House has a gym located on the third floor available 24-hours. The gym includes free weights, a treadmill, elliptical, and two stationary bikes.

Smithe House is a non-smoking property and does not allow parties or events.
Does Smithe House offer a best-rate guarantee when booking direct?
We offer a best-rate guarantee on all direct bookings. If you find a lower rate elsewhere for the same apartment and dates, reach out to hello@smithehouse.com and we’ll make it right. Note that the guarantee applies at the time of booking only and cannot be applied retroactively.
What is Smithe House’s cancellation policy?
Most direct bookings come with a 48-hour cancellation policy, though terms may vary by rate plan. Cancellation windows do not apply to non-refundable rates.
