HOUSERULES?

No smoking. No parties. We take pride in providing a stay experience that is welcoming and comfortable for our guests. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.

WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?

Smithe House check-in is 4pm and check out is 11am. We’re happy to accommodate requests for early check-in or late check-out based on availability; additional fees apply.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY TECH POWERED STAY?

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a link to complete a quick and secure online pre-arrival form.
24 hours before your arrival, we’ll email or text you everything need for a seamless check-in: your secure digital access code, apartment number, access to our digital guest guide, and parking details (if requested). Come check-in time you can head straight to your apartment – no front desk or waiting.
Our digital guide contains neighbourhood recommendations, apartment FAQ and ways to connect with our host team if you ever need assistance.

DO YOU HAVE PARKING ONSITE?

Yes, Smithe House has secure onsite self-parking available for $30 per night + applicable taxes. This can be confirmed when making your reservation online or by contacting us in advance of your arrival.

DO YOU OFFER BETTER RATES FOR LONGER STAYS?

Yes! The longer you stay, the better the rate. Our best rates are available right here on our website, and discounts for extended stays are automatically applied based on your selected dates - no promo code needed.
